Questions

The things people ask before they message. Anything not covered here, just ask on WhatsApp.

How fast can you turn work around? ▼
Twelve hours is our tightest so far. A few days' notice gets a better result though. Whatever you send, we'll say straight away if the deadline isn't realistic.
What levels do you work at? ▼
School, undergraduate, master's and PhD level. Mention which one it is when you send the brief, because it changes the price more than most people expect.
How much does it cost? ▼
Code assignments start at £15 and websites at £75. Everything is one fixed price agreed on WhatsApp before any work starts. Nothing gets added afterwards.
Is it original work? ▼
Written from scratch. We run a plagiarism check before sending it, and you'll get the report if you ask for one.
What languages and stacks do you cover? ▼
Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, R, MATLAB, Assembly, Rust, Go, Swift, Kotlin and Flutter, plus full website and app builds. Full list here— or just ask, if it's not on there.
How does it work? ▼
Message us with the brief: what you need, the stack, the deadline. You get a fixed price back. If you accept, we start. You're talking to the person doing the work the whole way through, not a support inbox.
Do you offer revisions? ▼
Yes, and we don't cap them at the sort of number that sounds generous but isn't. Send the feedback and we make the changes.
Is my information kept confidential? ▼
Yes. We don't ask for your real name or your university login, and nothing about the work goes anywhere else.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise and Revolut. Details come through once you've approved the quote. If the timing is awkward, say so and we'll usually sort something out.
What if I'm not happy with it? ▼
Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it. If we still can't get it right after revisions, you'll get a full or partial refund. We've had to refund twice in two years.
Do you take client work as well as coursework? ▼
Yes, and it's most of what we do. Businesses come to us for websites, web apps and mobile apps. Same brief-on-WhatsApp process, and it includes the domain, hosting, HTTPS and a month of changes.
Do I get the domain in my own name? ▼
Always. We register it or connect one you already have, then move the registrar account, DNS and everything else across to you. We don't hold it.
What does the month of free changes cover? ▼
For 30 days after launch: wording and images, layout and colours, small additions and bug fixes. A whole new section or feature gets a quick quote, but most of what people ask for is inside the free period.
Can you do an assignment that needs a website or app? ▼
Yes. We build exactly what the brief specifies, with commented code, a working README and a report if one is required. Then we walk you through it so a viva or demo doesn't turn into a problem.
Is it allowed to get help like this? ▼
Getting technical help is fine. What you do with the result is between you and your institution, so check their policy. In practice we're used as a technical mentor: a developer builds it and then spends time explaining it until you genuinely get it.
Do you do live one-to-one sessions? ▼
Yes, £20 an hour on WhatsApp or Zoom. Good for exam prep, or for sitting with you while you debug your own code. It's usually the cheaper option if you're stuck rather than behind.
Do you cover subjects outside programming? ▼
We stick to programming, IT, data and digital work. It's a deliberate limit, and it's why turnaround and quality hold up.
